Project Summary

The existing acid attacked plinth was ultra high pressure water blasted and coated with Metz Epoxy Primer. A wet on wet application of 33EN-VG epoxy novolac was then made at 6mm thickness. Metz Viton™ fluoropolymer membrane was applied over the 33EN-VG.

Tank was then placed on top of a sheet of 3mm HDPE, and Metz Viton™ Caulk sealed between the 316 S/S tank and Viton™ membrane.
